Şeker Kentsel Dönüşüm ve Danışmanlık A.Ş., the sole subsidiary of the Company; With the decision of the Company's Board of Directors dated 22.05.2019 and numbered 2019/9, it was decided to establish Şeker Kentsel, in which the Company will have 100% shareholding, whose field of activity is the purchase and sale of real estates owned by the Company, and it was approved by the shareholders of the Company at the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting dated 24.05.2019. Accordingly, the establishment of Şeker Kentsel was registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on 10.06.2019 with the registration number 195264-5 and Mersis Number 0801129643500001

The capital of the company was increased to 25.000.000 TL with the General Assembly Decision dated 07.01.2021, which was registered on 21.01.2021 by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office.
