Şeker GYO A.Ş. was established in 2017 as Şeker Project Development and Real Estate Investment Inc., with a capital of 500,000 TL and became a “real estate investment trust” in January 2020 upon the approval of the Capital Markets Board. Şeker REIT has 163 different real estates in its portfolio; in 20 cities of Turkey and in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
