Dear Candidates!

As Seker Gayrimenkul Real Estate Investment Trust Inc. (Hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data and your related rights within the scope of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No.6698 (hereinafter referred to as "KVKK").

  1.  Data Supervisor
    The company is registered with the www.sekergyo.com.tr website and “Emniyet Evleri Mahallesi Akarsu Cad. Promesa Sit. D Kapısı Apt. No: 3/51 Kağıthane / ISTANBUL”. We process your personal data consisting of visual and audio records, communication, identity, professional experience, personal and health data as a data controller within the scope of KVKK.
     
  2. For What Purpose Personal Data Will Be Processed
    Your personal data; Evaluating your job application request and your suitability for the relevant position, conducting and finalizing the recruitment processes within the framework of the Company's human resources policies, evaluating your application in similar positions that will occur later in case of negative results, contacting you within this scope and improving the recruitment principles applied by the Company, and within the scope of improvement, the application processes of employee candidates will be carried out within the scope of the purposes of ensuring physical space security and conducting communication processes. 
     
  3. To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred
    Your personal data is not shared with any institution or organization in order to evaluate the application processes of employee candidates.
     
  4. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data
    Your personal data, specified in articles 5 and 6 of KVKK; Based on the legal reasons of express consent, fulfillment of legal obligations and the legitimate interest of the institution as a data controller, automatic or non-automatic methods are obtained orally, in writing or electronically. In this context, your personal data are collected through face-to-face interviews, social media, career sites and non-automatic methods by filling out the job application form; It is processed by automatic methods through the camera recording system in common areas and work areas.
     
  5. Your Rights Under Article 11 of KVKK
    Within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK, you can send your requests regarding your rights under the heading "Rights of the relevant person" by filling in all the information specified in the Application Form, and the Application Procedures and Principles of the Data Controller. As per the Communiqué;

    Your requests in your application will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller may be charged.

    I have read, understood, and was informed in detail about this matter by the Company, which has the title of data controller, which is prepared on my field rights, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No.6698, titled "Obligation of the Data Officer to Disclose", by whom, for what purpose my personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purpose the processed personal data can be transferred, the method and legal reason for collecting personal data and in 11 articles of the Law.
