Laden Şile Houses

The Company has signed a preliminary protocol with S.S. Şile Aydınkent Housing Construction Cooperative ("Cooperative") on 22 February 2021 for the land transfer agreement in return for flats and signed an Immovable Sales Promise and Construction Agreement in return for Land Share on 6 October 2021. In this context, 14 villas in the project, which will consist of a total of 29 villas, belong to Şeker REIT.

 

 

The project consists of 29 villas, 42 independent units and 206,64 m2 pool area. In addition, on 12 May 2022, 1.036,14 m2 of the immovable belonging to the Anatolian Side National Real Estate Department was leased for recreational activities such as children's playground, sports fields and recreational areas. While developing the architectural project, a design compatible with the region was applied, light, wind and privacy issues were taken into consideration in the relations of the buildings with each other and their surroundings, and care was taken to use natural colours and textures in material selection. Within the scope of sustainability in the project, rainwater harvesting has been implemented to be used for irrigation of landscape areas.

 

Optimal Project Management Inc. was appointed on 21 July 2022 for the management and construction works of the project. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. for the management and construction works of the project. The Building Permit was approved by Şile Municipality on 05.09.2022 and the construction works started in September 2022. The rough and fine construction works of the project have been completed and the occupancy permit application has been made and the occupancy permits for the villas in the project have been received on 15.01.2024.
